Over the past 10 years CTECH Solutions(fancypresentations.com) has built a stellar reputation of providing goods and services of the highest quality and it is a fact that almost all our customers are satisfied upon purchase of our products. We also go through great lengths to ensure that customers are able to view a product through video and image previews before they they make a purchase. Additionally, we provide samples of our graphics and templates where applicable, so that customers can test them in their applications to ensure compatability and quality before purchase.
Nevertheless, there will need to be a good reason for asking for a refund since the goods we provide are intangible.
We do however, recognize that there may be times when refunds may occur.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
* If there is a technical issue with the product that our Support team cannot solve.
* Non-delivery of the product: if you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us or you can't download the product from our website within a week of purchase.
In the above cases, we recommend contacting us for assistance before making a claim. Customers with claims for non-delivery must contact our support center within 7 days from the purchase date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product.
We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
Our Technical Support Team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner, which in most cases negates the need to process refunds.

Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.
